This project presented a new direction of traditional crafts to Du-seok which is contained meaningful thought by adding modern sense and use. Du-seok pattern connected people’s wish, and applied same pattern to different product to accommodate object, people, and space under the theme of “Simple ; bridging the gap”. The exhibition displayed Du-seok product well harmonized with space by decorating the space with distinct functionally.

“the craft man of the year by Yeol” is the program to find the hidden craft-man. In 2017, theme of “間結, bridging the gap” derived from the function of Du-seok selected Ah yi-hwan. Suggested the future path of Du-seok by adding functionality. This exhibition organized at the house of Hegok Choi Sunu. Well managed Han-ok with well organized garden gives the beauty of Han-ok along with Du-seok.
